By purchasing from Zweitesich, you are agreeing to the Terms stated below.

 

TERMS OF PURCHASE

All purchases from Zweitesich are NON REFUNDABLE and all sales are FINAL. In order to accept the Terms, use the Site, and make purchases from the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age ("Minimum Age"). The Site not intended for users under the Minimum Age.

 

PURCHASING

Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. Such e-mail is a confirmation that your order has been received by Zweitesich but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Zweitesich reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your purchase, to accept or decline your purchase for any reason. Zweitesich will contact you at the e-mail address provided regarding our decision to accept or reject your purchase. In the event that Zweitesich rejects the purchase, we will have no obligation to fulfill your transaction and you will have no obligation to pay Zweitesich for the item.

 

PRICE

With your purchase, you agree to pay Zweitesich the amount set out as the “TOTAL” in your order summary as part of the “Payment” step (the “Fee”). The Fee is quoted in U.S. dollars (“USD”) and includes shipping, handling, and all applicable taxes within the United States. There is an additional fee of $150 USD for shipping and handling of all purchases shipped outside of the United States.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase and that Zweitesich may charge your payment method for any purchases and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by you. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Zweitesich with complete and accurate billing and contact information and notifying us of any changes to such information. The billing address you provide to us must correspond to that of your credit card. If you fail to provide us with the proper billing address, Zweitesich will be unable to process your order. If your card or information is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Zweitesich will have no obligation to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to cease service given any payment disputes.

CHANGE IN TERMS OF PURCHASE

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time. Your continued use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement and affirmative acceptance to follow and be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with the Terms, as modified, you must stop using the Site.

 

Terms of Service

SHIPPING

Once the product is passed on to the shipping carrier, Zweitesich is not responsible for any loss, damages or delay of products caused during transit. REPAIRS Zweitesich will repair minor damages (“Minor Damages”) to the items for up to one (1) year following your purchase without extra cost. We reserve the right to determine the extent of what constitutes and will be covered as Minor Damages. After one (1) year, repairs of Minor Damages will be available at a cost decided upon by Zweitesich. The cost will vary depending on the Minor Damages. You must provide a valid description along with images of the damage incurred prior to our agreeance to repair said damage and your shipment of the product. You are responsible for providing payment for any shipping costs affiliated with repairs.

 

LIABILITY WITH ITEMS

With your purchase of our products, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, harm, personal injury or death that may occur with the use or wear of items produced and/or sold by Zweitesich.

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

ALLERGY WARNING

You should not purchase items from Zweitesich if you have any allergies to plastic. The materials we use to create our products may have traces of pet dandruff.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, IN NO EVENT WILL ZWEITESICH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR AGGRAVATED DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE OR THEIR USE OR MISUSE, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CIVIL LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
